Functional Nutrition Coaching seeks to look at the big picture of health by restoring physiological functioning. Is all about using food as medicine, mainly to help a person increase one's health and wellness by realigning his/her relationship with food, diet, considering every aspect of one’s health, and overall lifestyle. It takes into consideration how interrelated every part of the body is.

I help my clients find their optimal wellness through developing a deeper understanding of their habits and lifestyle choices. As a Functional Nutrition Coach, I look at all health problems holistically, educate clients about the ways their behavior is impending their optimal health, and offer suggestions for improvement.
